These Terms apply to the goodwin website, mobile browser version, and all associated digital services. The platform is operated for individuals located in Bangladesh and is only available to those eligible under local law. goodwin reserves the right to restrict or revoke access for users in any jurisdiction where the service is prohibited.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage all users to review this page regularly.
Account Creation, Security & Eligibility
To open an account with goodwin, applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Failure to verify age or providing false information will result in immediate account closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited. Each individual may only hold one account — multiple accounts per person are prohibited, and if detected, both accounts may be closed.
All information provided at registration — including name, address, date of birth, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, goodwin may request a copy of your national ID or passport to verify your identity. Withdrawal facilities may be restricted until verification is complete.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials, passwords, and account details secure. Granting any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. Payments, Transactions & Bonus Policy
Goodwin processes transactions through payment methods that support Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions made via unauthorized or third-party payment methods may be declined.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the relevant section of the platform and are subject to change at any time. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days, though delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed. goodwin complies with anti-money laundering regulations and may request additional documentation to verify suspicious transactions.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawals are only available after the required betting conditions have been met. If goodwin finds evidence of bonus abuse or system manipulation, it reserves the right to void the bonus and investigate the account.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any of this content without prior written consent from goodwin. goodwin reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any intellectual property infringement.

Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Any outstanding balance unrelated to prohibited activity may be returned following verification.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. The self-exclusion feature allows users to take a break from the platform for a set period, which is an important part of Responsible Gaming. Attempting to open a new account while a self-exclusion is active is strictly prohibited.
Goodwin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through amicable discussion. Should any part of these Terms be deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
